James 1: 27 says, Religion that is pure and undefiled before God the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world. In light of this, our religious mission should encompass caring for those without a provider. We are thrilled to participate in helping in these areas, both home and abroad. Life Spring believes that changing lives can happen by caring for a widow amongst our own or in the community, providing a job to someone who finds themselves in an unanticipated circumstance, or providing a meal to an abandoned child. We are ever learning to join the Lord in these acts of compassion.
